Starting from quality qualification, the incoming inspection, in-process product testing, out-going quality assuring and after-the-sales services are supported by teams of experienced and well-trained FAEs, technicians, and QA supervisors. Chautoo's quality system is aligned with its goal to supply its customers with defect-free products. In the event a defect is detected, either internally or externally, the strict Quality process of in-depth investigation, root cause analysis, corrective action planning and follow-up audits is immediately implemented and communicated. To drive toward the goal of zero-defects, Chautoo has used advanced quality tools such as defect tracking system for years. Since 1994, Chautoo's quality system has been certified by international quality management system (currently conforms to ISO 9001:2000). This recognition further proves that our quality system is an effective system.
