Phase Changeable Oil/Natural Gas/Water Heating Furnace

This heater is a type of new heating equipment developed and manufactured by us to meet the needs in the oil fields and extensive users. It is widely used for heating crude oil, natural gas, well effluent, adulterated water, hot wash water, tracing water and other liquids as well as heating water and domestic water. This furnace incorporates full automatic monitoring system and is compact in construction and complete in functions. It can be used for heating in single system and integrate several systems. The heating system is a closed self-circulation type and operates without water makeup and with automatic regulation according to the change of media load, especially in the application of non-attendance and fluctuating load. With a long service life, it is ideal heating equipment designated for oilfields.

This heater is designed, manufactured and inspected in compliance with SY/T5262-2000 Code for Drum Type Furnaces and SY0031-2004 Regulation for Safety of Furnaces in Petroleum Industry and with reference to GB150-1998 Code for Steel Pressure Vessels.

1. Vacuum Phase Changeable Heating Furnace

Introduction：

Furnace type:Horizontal;

Burning mode: Micro-positive pressure burning or negative-pressure burning;

Heating mode:Indirect heating,taking saturation vapor gasified from demineralized water as heating medium;

Power range of the heating furnace: 3×10⁵~2×10⁷BTU/h;

The heated medium includes:Crude oil,natural gas and heating water etc.;

Working pressure: -4~6 psi;

Equipped with high-efficiency vacuum adjustable valves to maintain the vacuum of the furnace body and ensure the phase change effects;
Airtight operation without water replenishment; little scale deposit and long service life;

Phase change heat exchange with high heat intensity on surface;

Full automatic control, unattended, safe and stable;

Continuous operation through the year without a break.

2. Pressurized Phase Changeable Heating Furnace

Introduction:

The type of furnace: Horizontal;

Burning mode: Micro-positive pressure burning or negative-pressure burning;

Heating mode: Indirect heating, taking saturation vapor gasified from demineralized water as the heating medium;

Power range of the heating furnace: 3×10⁵~2×10⁷BTU/h;

The heated media: Crude oil, natural gas, heating water, etc;

Working pressure: Micro-positive pressure, the working pressure is about 60psi;

Phase changing temperature: 145℃; temperature differences of heat transfer is large, so the metal consumption is less and the structure is compact;

Full-automatic control, unattended, safe and stable;

Continuous operation throughtheyearwithout a break.

3. Split-Type Phase Changeable Heating Furnaces

Introduction:

The type of furnace: Splits of up and down, composed of vapor generation device and heat exchanger as well as related technical pipelines;

Burning mode: Micro-pressure burning or negative-pressure burning;

Heating mode: Indirect heating, taking saturation vapor gasified from demineralized water as the heating medium;

Circulation mode of heat medium: Self-closed air-tight circulation;

Power range of furnace: 3×10⁶~2×10⁷BTU/h;

The heated medium: Crude oil, natural gas and heating water, etc.

Working pressure: Micro-positive pressure, the working pressure is about 60psi.

Phase-changing temperature: 145℃, temperature differences of heat transfer is large;

Split-type provides convenience in equipment transportation, maintenance and updating; Full-automatic control, unattended, safe and stable;

Continuous operation through the year without a break.
