Principles:
The fuel generates heat by burning in the furnace body of organic heat carrier through the burner. The heat is transferred to the intermediate heat-carrying agent (heat medium ---- heat-conducting oil) via the furnace tubes in the form of radiation and convection. The heat-conducting oil circulation pump drives the heat-conducting oil to cycle compulsorily inside the heating system, then the heated high-temperature heat-conducting oil exchanges heat with the heat-consumption working substance in the heat exchanger in order to transfer the heat generated from the combustion to the working substance indirectly and actualize heating.The heat-conducting oil which finished heat exchange will be returned back to the furnace for a secondary heating, and this circulation actualizes continuous heating of the working substance.

Oil-heating system in SC series is mainly composed of coal heating furnace (accompanied with chain locksand safety protection system),burner, high-temperature coal heating circulation pump, control cabinet,valve group, automatic oil load-and-unload system, expansion slot, oil storage tank and nitrogen cover system, etc..
